Unify examples #32

Not sure where to file this issue.

Please unify the location of examples.

Now some of them are here: https://github.com/raptorjs/raptor-samples

others can be found here: https://github.com/raptorjs-samples

Don't know if there are even more...

If there would not be a reference in the widget docs, I wouldn't even know that the first link exists.

If they need to be kept separate, please ensure that the docs point to them....

We have started to unify the samples: https://github.com/marko-js-samples

Going forward all sample apps related to Marko and Marko Widgets will be added to that Github organization.

On a related note, all sample apps for Lasso.js will be adding to the following Github organization: https://github.com/lasso-js-samples

Any suggestions on making the sample apps better? I'm sure some of them could use better documentation.

I think it would be helpful to point out, that sample-apps that have not been upgraded to state management are not based on the latest version of marko/marko-widgets.

It should be made clear that marko-widgets supports proper state management so people find it easier to start.
