Deps upgrade and trailing comma fix

Description

• Upgrades all package dependencies.
• Uses new error location meta data from https://github.com/marko-js/marko/pull/1976
• Fixes the generated typescript output for core tags that have a trailing comma in their arguments. (Resolves #170)
