fix(language-server): handle `.d.marko` split component

When detecting whether a .marko file had a component.ts, we were searching for other files that had the same base name followed by component. However, instead of searching for name.component.d.ts we were searching for name.d.component.ts.
It seems to suffice to simply trim the .d from the basename, but there may be some edge case I'm missing.
