Remove Nokogiri Dependency #12

The subtitle downloader/extractor only is using OpenSubtitles right now, which doesn't require Nokogiri, so that gem and it's deps can be removed until at least the Addic7ed and TVSubtitles are on par with OpenSubtitles.

Less steps in the install are better for everyone.
