[Feature requests] Two simple additions -- Download all metadata button & separate download folders #80

First of all, I'd like to say something in our native language: vsaka čast! But I'm going to continue in English so that others can read, comment etc.

I figure you're quite busy and I don't know how well is the next version coming together, but still, I have two simple additions ideas:

a) Concerning metadata. I'm not very familiar with the tehnical stuff, but currently metadata gets downloaded "on demand" i. e. when you open a certain category (like "Most popular" under Movies). This takes a while and seems to be repeated for every category. I did notice in other issues that you seem to be overhauling the metadata system, but stemming from the current implementation, my simple temporary solution would be:

Add an option under settings that would force batch downloading of all metadata for all categories that are accessible from the menu system, i. e. "Most popular", "Recently added", and so on, for Movies and TV Shows. This would take a while, possibly an hour or so on average broadband, but the user could do it overnight and then later enjoy a slicker experience. This shouldn't be too hard to implement.

b) Concerning download folders. This one is probably even easier to implement. Currently all content gets downloaded to the same folder which the user can select if he wishes. But it would be even better if the users could select separate folders for Movies, TV Shows and Anime, so that these could then be added as proper separate Kodi sources and downloaded content would automatically be added to the proper library.

c) Concerning subtitles. As I noted in some other issue discussion, when you have the time, just remove the subtitle feature as the Kodi subtitle system is more than sufficient. I also use the OpenSubtitles now, but the internal add-on feature just confused me at first.

Anyway, thanks for your work and best of luck in the future! Srečno.
