You can try to mount your network share to folder and try to download to that folder.
KODI-Popcorn-Time is mainly developed for torrent streaming and not for downloading, this feature was never fully supported (for some works, for other dont).
Hi. I'm trying to set up KODI-Popcorn-Time to use as download path an SMB share on my NAS. Such share is both writable and already used by Kodi, for getting movies. Unfortunately, when using such share as download path for KODI-Popcorn-Time I get the following error:
Notice that the share is already mounted and the credentials are saved within Kodi - so login and password are never asked. Am I missing some steps in the configuration? Thanks in advance and congratulations for the excellent Kodi plugin!
