[doc] Add contributors to README #54

I have added a contributors section to README.rst to give credit to people contributing to the package.

I think Ismael's contributions are in PyEMMA but not in msmtools.

Don't we have github for that? Github tracks all contributors by file, and is more likely to be up to date than our notes. I think there's not problem to have a summary in the README, but I think the module-based contributor lists (where they exist) are probably out of date.
