First draft of a theory section #150

Addresses #136. Please read and comment - I just tried to get everything down that was on our to-do list. I'm not totally sure this is the right way to do it, or whether the amount of information contained is too much or too little. It may also need more citations.

Concerning the CK-test, I guess we should further add why it is important. What happens when it fails and what to do in this case will hopefully be covered by the notebooks later today.
