[x] Remove the pentapeptide example from (most of) the notebooks.
[x] Add an exercise free notebook showcasing the PyEMMA pipeline using the pentapeptide example.
[x] ~~Prefer use of precomputed models/discretizations in later notebooks.~~
[x] ~~Reduce number of samples in Bayesian models.~~

We agreed to leave the pentapeptide in notebooks 01 and 02. So it still has to be removed from notebook 06, but maybe it is a better suited system to demonstrate observables @psolsson?
