error upon sign in #19

I tried to sign in through github, approved the use of the app, and the /complete URL threw up an Internal Server Error.

Hi, @mathowie! Unfortunately I can't find where errors were being logged on the demo site, so I reconfigured logging. Could you try again, and hopefully I'll be able to see the error message this time? Thanks!

I get the instant ISE now whenever I hit the sign in link, so you should see a couple entries in the error log.

Great! Looks like I was assuming GitHub users would have 'name' fields, which your account doesn't. Does it work now?

There haven't been any other errors recorded so this should be fixed now.
