"Reason or Source" on edits is inscrutable #22

We probably need to rename this field to "Notes", make it optional, and make it less prominent. A big stumbling block for current users.

It's definitely a hurdle to clear and a problem for contributing. We'll need to provide other signals to editors that an edit is correct or isn't vandalism, but we can wait until we have that problem to address it.

I made the box smaller and changed it to read “Notes (optional)” (which it is).
