I added autocomplete for maker names the main place this would be used, which is when adding a maker to a project. The API endpoint does also support searching project names, for use in implementing issue #2.

As autocomplete for project names when adding projects to a maker would be part of implementing adding projects to a maker at all (not yet supported), I think this issue would be done for now.
