Flush to eeprom flash file required on nRF52 after eeprom_conf_save in order to commit the changes.

Thanks @attermann! But could you PR this over at https://github.com/liberatedsystems/RNode_Firmware_CE instead? Continued development and releases regarding nRF is taking place over there, currently.
