Replace SHA with BLAKE3 #328

BLAKE3 is faster than the SHA family of hashes.

Any proposal for a change in cryptographic primitives will (of course) be discarded, unless it is accompanied by a detailed analysis of it's implications, in regards to the entirity of Reticulum, and a sound and exhaustive argument as to the merits of this change.

Feel free to propose and discuss in the forum if you'd like, but I am closing this now.
