To show tools randomly is not a good idea.
You are trying to be fair to authors, but do not care about users.
You should list tools in order of quality- either provide rating yourself or give users ability to vote.
E.g. I selected Azure Storage Explorer (http://azurestorageexplorer.codeplex.com/ ) , which wasn't updated since August 2014 and has a lot of usability issues- you should mark it as out-of-dated.
However Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer http://storageexplorer.com/ is very good, but I didn't find it in your list.
You should add Company name column as well.
Microsoft has it' own page with similar information https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/storage-explorers/ You should give a link to it o your page to allow users to view it, if they not satisfied with your list.
