try out and use outputs from e.g. MEA, SMAP, epiG... to compare to the current ASM scores and maybe use to detect DAMEs

SMAP doesn't run as isn't currently maintained.
epiG generates multiple epi-alleles based on betas and SNPs, this is not quite what we're doing.
MEA looks nice, but doesn't calculate its own ASM, but it does split reads by maternal/paternal.
SNPsplit I think is same as MEA.
