Reference to timezone #33

If the timezone's not set properly, data won't be accepted - eg my ubuntu machine has a default setting of Etc/UTC, but I live in Australia/Brisbane and pvoutput was sending back "400: Moon powered"

I've updated Astral to version 2. Can you please check if this fixes your issue.

I'm not using it any more due to that bug, sorry. Can't test.
