Set a reminder to users offering housing who have not confirmed (clicking on the link) #60

Some users will forget to click on the link to confirm their offer of accomodation. We should send them a reminder 24 hours after with the same link (possibly the same email content).

This is borderline spammy behavior. Why do we need to do this?

scott - i think its to deal with the fact we have a high number of unconfirmed listings, possibly due to spam - there is another solution tho see issue 66
