Working with, via email, HospitalCompare@hsag.com to get this data. Sounds like it is only available through the MS Access download at htt://medicare.com/HospitalCompare (not through the CSVs or Socrata data sets)

Turns out this data is not in Hospital Compare but is available through the Joint Commission by going through several export processes. I cannot include the full data file but I will include a subset that includes the needed information
