Improves metadata information gathered from .fda and .fds files
Adds fda/fds OCT to DICOM conversion functions, which creates a valid DICOM header and utilizes the pixel data to create the OCT image. So far, creates valid DICOMs on all tested files!

This looks excellent so far @sustrev, and works on the images I have tried it on. I've added a few comments, but plan to do a bit more testing tomorrow, so I'll finalise my review then.
