Install xdebug for the local environment only #32

Hi I use xdebug a lot and I do not know how to use it with docker. I have read it has to be configured in the docker file.

Yes please, xdebug is so helpful. Please add it to the stack.

FYI Xdebug was added to the new images at https://github.com/markoshust/docker-magento
