tar.gz release #34

Hey, I'd like to update sphinxcontrib-phpdomain to the latest release in Fedora and the most convenient way to do it would be to use tar.gz archive. Currently on PyPI there is only whl and on GitHub the 0.7.3 release isn't tagged. Could you please make the tar.gz version of 0.7.3 available? Many thanks!

Uploaded a sdist file as well to pypi.
