External CSS Issue #15

I am trying to export HTML to Word document using JQuery Word export plugin and its working fine. But only the inline CSS is applying, whatever css given in inline style sheet and external style sheet is not applying.I have created a Plunker(https://plnkr.co/edit/KJyEkr5cSmlL4b3B6vSl?p=preview) to elaborate my issue
