Button bg colour broken on dark system theme

How it look in system default theme:

Here is how it looks with a dark theme. I assume the system font colour is the culprit.

Evopop-gtk-theme dark on Gnome 3, specifically.

Broken on Firefox and Palemoon but works fine on Chromium. Most likely that's because Chromium/Chrome ignore gtk rules for everything besides the title bar.

That's an interesting one. I'll check this out with bootstrap too, might be their issue.

I should add: hover works fine.
