Add comments to CSS to make it easier to read #10

Currently, some of the CSS has comments showing the organization. I would like there to be comments in all of the CSS, and maybe some organizational changes if needed.

There wasn't much to be done. I put in a few organizational comments, but other than that it looks good. Anyways, if it isn't, I'll learn a lot ;P.
