Navbar shifts when scrollbar dissapears

Many of the recipes are less than one page length, so they don't need a scrollbar. When I jump to a recipe that does, the navbar jumps to the left.

Possible solutions:

• make the scrollbar only start under the navbar
• leave a tiny bit of extra conditional padding to the right edge, so when the scrollbar comes in nothing jumps
