Uninstaller doesn't ensure DLL deletion #2

The uninstaller completed successfully with this file left. Apparently OBS was running in the background, even though it was closed.

Unfortunately I have no control over the installer/uninstaller as far as I know. It's all setup by the plugin template. I'd suggest mentioning it on the OBS dev discord as they might be able to look into it.
