Bug: About Page not fully viewable #26

The page scrolls up over the header (unlike the Settings Pane) but is still cut off on the bottom.

~~Submitted PR to make the about page responsive, but still need to resolve this issue. Will submit a separate PR for that under this same issue number and branch.~~

Never mind! I did fix this because now it scrolls under the header and scrolls all the way down. Can close this issue if the PR is okay.
