gomerblog.com is a satire news site similar to The Onion and Babylon Bee (except it is satire medical news). It says so in its about page so it's not trying to mislead. Since you have taken off Babylon Bee previously gomerblog should be removed for the same reason.
I also noticed that www.rense.com is listed twice, can you fix that so it is only listed once?
