Every form of refuelling should cost money depending on the cost of the resource per unit.

I will close it once we both feel happy with the work and I released it to SpaceDock.

You are right, it has been resolved with your work, but for other users who currently use the mod this is still a missing feature. So, for reference, I will keep this issue open and visible.
