Question: Voltage-region for reduced Powerlimit , MQTT-Input for Solar-Batteriecharger #16

Hello, currently I have no direct (VE.Direct) connection to the Victron SmartSOlar mptt (It has it's own MQTT-Device connect to my iobroker).

  1. Would it be possible to include a region where the power-limit is linear to the voltage-difference to the start-voltage ? WIth the current setting I always get a saw-tooth like voltage in my battery as the power needed by the grid is higher then the power provided by my charger.
  2. Would it be possible to use the MQTT-Data rather than connection the opendtu directly to the Battery-charger ?

Best regards; Martin

Hi. This is a question related to the control capabilities of OpenDTUonBattery. If I understand you correctly, this is nothing directly related to the Fusion board. As I can also not say what to do best in that scenario, I recommend to visit the onBattery GitHub community or the OpenDTU discord server. The Devs and community might be able to help with this.

Good luck!
