Proper command line help and arg parsing for the individual components #3

The current components generation scripts have hard-wired command line args and 
no help message.  Should build proper help and arg parsing routines for the 
__main__ functions.

Added arguments to the lm module, the lexicon module and the sphinx cd module.

One thing I really need is

./transducersaurus.py --version

Because sometimes I forgot to copy new version of transduceraurus to some deep 
folder.
