6 months ago I'm rooted & can see 3 files which are @APPDATA/{files/{hidden,menu},shared_prefs/de.markusfisch.android.pielauncher_preferences}
Clubbing these 3 as one backup.xml export file would be fine.
It would be great to have the ability to backup settings and restore them. I am currently running the version github because at the time it had features my device needed and now I would like to go back to the f-driod version since it has caught up but if I do, I will have re-setup all the apps in my pie. Also when reinstalling.
NOTE: it would also be nice to see the version of the app from the settings section and not have to go into android apps to see it.
