Most of the apps out of the box are actually circular these days. For those apps which aren't, provide an option under Icon theme that'll adapt those icons by cropping it into a circular shape.
I know this can be achieved through any rounded icon pack. But also need a quick dirty built-in mechanism for those who don't want to install one.

Right now my setup is very stock and looks fine with no icon pack. However there are some apps that I install frequently that aren't circular

This FR is just cosmetic and ain't that big deal. Feel free to prioritise it lower as you wish, caz you might have other stuff in mind like bug fixing, etc.
