Cool dashboard with the flexible use of dash tables. Here are some of my suggestions to improve the app.

  1. A descriptive guide will be helpful for users to explore the app.
  2. Total Count by Neighbourhood is not performing as only 1 neighborhood is shown when I selected all.
  3. Not sure whether it's computer or what but the alignment among the widgets are a little bit off.

Thanks for the comment.

  1. I have added a brief description in the widget area.
  2. That is likely because of the slowness of the render site. It is fine when I run the app locally.
  3. I have fine tuned the alignment of the tables. It now looks better (at least on my machine).
