Add genv to extension list #127

Hello, thanks for creating this awesome list! I would like to add genv, a new JupyterLab extension that helps data scientists to manage their GPU resources seamlessly and more efficiently.

Thank you for adding genv to this list. It looks like a really useful extension!

As an aside, this is the first time that the linter I added to this repo highlighted an issue and a collaborator fixed it independently. Yay for technology and collaboration! 🎉
