Thank you for your contribution. pinggy looks really useful although it's also potentially dangerous to allow other people access to your Jupyter instance because it allows for remote code execution. There are probably better collaboration patterns than sharing access to a Juypter instance IMO.

However, I believe that people should be able to decide for themselves what's right for them. I've tweaked the description a bit and merged your additions.
