Metronome doesn't sync #74

If I enable metronome, it doesn't sync with the MIDI's BPM. It always has a noticeable delay. Tested on 2 devices that has Windows. Used Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth as Output.

Is this a bug or is it really just my side?

Version is 3.3.0 Tested on Windows 7 with 2GB Ram, Windows 10 with 4GB Ram
