Duplicate service #7

It is possible to add a duplicate service if you just use a different case of name, in this example I had previously created a haircut service and could add a Haircut service as well.

Team's Response

Ideally, the UG suggests user to type in different string for different service. But if user types in strings that cause confusion to be thought as the same service, our product indeed couldn't recognize that, which could be further improved. image.png

Reason for disagreement: Wouldn't say it to be a low issue, if someone accidentally uses a wrong case and adds a wrong one thinking that only one service with such a name can exist.
