test.led.js works while node-red doesn't #1

we have followed your steps to configure device.js and start it on raspberry pi3, test.led.js works as well, it weird when we press led off or motor movement on node-red, my pi does not response, any advice would be appreciated...

Having issues completing the last steps. Do you know why I still receive this error?

Can you share the node-red flow? Looks like you may get messages from somewhere else?

Hello ... Sounds like the message/Command does not get to your PI. Can you make sure you send a command and not an event in the IOT (blue) Endpoint
