Add HDMI input #10

There were issues with connecting modern laptops (esp. macbooks), because VGA output is quite rare these days.

Hello Ilya,

This is a known issue. Good that you're making it more explicit.

The problem is with the combination of projection and encoding hardware. The projectors are all vga. The h264 encoders can handle both (vga + mini jack audio) and hdmi (inlcuding audio) input, but they apparently get confused when switching between both.

For now, this is solved with hdmi -> vga adapters on the outside of the case.

In the future (not next year), we may change the default workflow to digital (with analog output to the projectors).

Keeping this ticket open for tracking that.
