Z moves down when I start the print #60

Hello,

When I start the print the Z plate moved down about 25mm before the print starts. Then it tries to print in the top right corner of the bed. It's a replicator dual. I use Slic3r. I tried changing the slicer offset to the middle of the bed, didn't seem to change anything. Any suggestions?
