Plugin Doesn't show up when installed on clean/fresh install of 1.8.3 #67

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Wipe an SD card and do a clean install of Octopi, v 1.8.3 (latest).
  2. Go to Plugin Manager and "Get More" to install Polar Cloud Plugin. Install. Should show as success.
  3. Reboot.
  4. Try and find Plugin in "Installed Plugins" list, or in left side under Settings. Screen2022-09-26_13-36-43 (1) Screen2022-09-26_13-38-46 (1)

@markwal do you need me to get logs for this issue from a user? It looks like the plugin installs (gives Done! notice) but it doesn't show up in the UI.
