cura_engine cannot be installed using old instructions #68

I was following the instructions shown here, towards the bottom of the page. Looks like the url https://codeload.github.com/Ultimaker/CuraEngine/zip/15.04.6 gives a 404 now. We'll need to find somewhere else it's hosted, or find it, and host it ourselves.

The Polar team is also working on making PrusaEngine available in its place.. but this work isn't done yet.

Mark provided a new zip and hosted it, the instructions have been updated and all is functional.
