Added configurable values to determine when damage messages are displayed. Also seems to have added many RO2 improvements to the commit

There still is a RO2 branch. Can it be removed?

the ro2/init.py file is the only file that is needed for RO2, so as long as that is in place yes. I actually removed the RO2 branch from my repo some time ago.

I don't think that Courgettes BF3 branch is up to date with the RO2 parser though.

Okay, I've cleaned up the residue of the branch. Thanks. The parser is in the master branch, I have no doubt that bf3 will merge with it cleanly for what the RO2 parser is concerned.
