WPS transaction failed (code: 0x04), re-trying last pin #520

0. What version of Reaver are you using?  (Only defects against the latest
version will be considered.) : v1.4

1. What operating system are you using (Linux is the only supported OS)? : 
Ubuntu 12.04 lts 64 bits

2. Is your wireless card in monitor mode (yes/no)? : yes

3. What is the signal strength of the Access Point you are trying to crack? : 
-58.00 dBm

4. What is the manufacturer and model # of the device you are trying to
crack? : I don't know it's for a challenge :)

5. What is the entire command line string you are supplying to reaver? : sudo 
reaver -i mon0 -b xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx -a -S -N -vv -c 11 --win7

6. Please describe what you think the issue is. : I don't know.

delete file in /usr/local/etc/reaver/<mac>.wpc  rerun reaver again and let 
process may have corrupted the file wpc

you try with others?:
reaver -i mon0 -b xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx -a -N -vv -c 11
reaver -i mon0 -b xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx -a -S -vv -c 11  
reaver -i mon0 -b xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx -a -S -N -vv -c 11 -m (mac associated see 
with airodump)

in wash -i mon0  show wps no is locked? wps enabled?

I have the same exact issue. Not getting M3 and M4 messages. WPS is unlocked. 
It locked once but unlocked again. Deleted the file in the reaver folder, used 
-m with various stations. Nothing is doing anything.
