Hi there, This plugin was designed with a customer support site in mind. So there would be a number of people that would be logging issues for one project. This plugin allows you to configure a default project for a user, so that if the user sends an email to log an issue then the selected project is used as the project to log that issue against. We have some scenarios where a customer has more than one project and some of the users are involved in more than one project. We create a hierarchical project structure where there is a root project created representing the customer and then all the customer's actual projects are created under that root project. For users that are involved in more than one project, we set the default address as the root project (as a type of inbox for the customer). When the support staff picks up the issue they reassign it to the correct subproject. Hope this makes sense! -Mark P.S. It is 5 days after your original comment... have you tried the plugin yet?

@mmiat thank you for answer but...
I don't understand, already installed and configure a user with a project, but i do not know how it works, do I have to do something else?
What I have to do to register a request from an email?
I think you need to configure the email import http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineReceivingEmails
