Add information about login credentials to README #3

I had issues logging in after Deutschlandcard required my account to use my birthdate and postal code for login.

After inspecting the credentials sent via Firefox browser tools, I found out that in such case the password consists of birthdate and postal code in the format YYYY-MM-DD|123456. I've added this information to the README.md file.

The script itself still works fine.

Thanks for the information that authentication via birthdate and ZIP code works. The new information contradicts what I've wrote in the upper part of the readme file. I'll change that text (and a few minor things in your part).
