Find right market for LNC #17

Need to see if we can change LNC to look at number of mkts not just the directly adjacent O/U mkt right after a goal. Seems a bit dodgy to assume this.

Investigate possibility of moving the mkt to be a higher O/U rather than the one right next to it as it might offer more reliable odds.

Potentially we can open many bets in many markets and wait until they spike.
