Output Labels append "001" to HIP #3

After running a test inference, the model output "81065001" which is not a true star. "81065" is a true star and this is likely a problem with file naming. Hunt down the bug in naming/parsing and fix

turns out "001" is appended to every label and I somehow didn't notice. Does not have a significant impact now. Can fix later
